The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and manages hospice plans of care, and ensures quality patient care and regulatory compliance throughout the hospice care process.This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, care coordination experience, and the ability to work independently in a hospice field setting while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
