We are currently seeking experienced gardeners or landscape maintenance techs to join our team of experienced and knowledgeable landscape professionals. Our Maintenance Team Members are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about what they do. They are on site every day and contribute to the long-term success of every client site. Responsibilities:

  • Works with Maintenance Team Leads to execute daily landscape maintenance duties
  • Actively seeks to learn and embrace organic maintenance methods
  • Can comfortably take direction from Team leads, Senior Team Leads or Maintenance Project Managers
  • Assists in promoting a culture of safety and quality at all times
  • Operates small machinery and hand tools and is aware of the safety methods for operation. Utilizes PPE as needed during operation of equipment
  • Listens to direction regarding daily tasks, protects and maintains the landscapes following horticultural best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of landscape maintenance or professional fine gardening experience is required
  • Knowledge of common horticultural practices and techniques is strongly preferred
  • Must possess a basic to intermediate level of Plant ID knowledge
  • Must be in good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must possess a superior work ethic, have a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback and be able to present yourself professionally
  • Gives feedback to the Maintenance Team Lead regarding task progress, safety hazards and other concerns
  • Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/practices
  • Able to communicate and synthesize information and follow instruction
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Have reliable transportation to work
  • Valid, current WA driver's license

Pay range $24.96-$30.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
