Job Description
Be the guardian of our property's infrastructure as a Hotel Maintenance Team Member. Ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay. With your technical prowess and proactive approach, you'll maintain our facilities to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other fixtures to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, facilities, and guest rooms, addressing problems promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience.
  • Conduct repairs on hotel property, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken fixtures, and repairing damaged furniture or equipment, to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages, plumbing leaks, or elevator malfunctions, to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruptions to guest services.
  • Work overnight 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Pay $22 - $24 / hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications
  • Experience serving as a technician or engineer within a hotel or property management preferred

  • Ability to work some PM shifts is required
