Job Description

The Junior Mountaineer Club Guide is responsible for coordinating the various kids' programs that are offered at the property.  This Club Guide plays a key role in ensuring that our younger guests have adventure-based experiences and can enjoy the thrill of adventure, art, and other activities that align with our one-of-a-kind experiences.  

  • Assist in organizing activities
  • Supervise Mountaineers during meals
  • Assist in overseeing up to 12 kids at a time
  • Oversee safety during activities and guiding activities.
  • Mediates any campers' disputes
  • Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your Mountaineers at all times
  • Help plan and lead activities, crafts, and games

Pay $14.50 / hour

Qualifications
  • At Least 18 years of age
  • Experience interacting meaningfully and positively with children + parents.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and designated hotel data.
  • Work collaboratively to create exceptional children's experiences.
  • Ability to plan ahead and use excellent communication skills to collaborate between departments.
  • Ability to hike, ride horses, be active and play outside games.
  • Considered applicants must be able to pass a full background check. 
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification required
