This role involves processing simulcast wagers and cashing winning tickets. The Simulcast Teller will ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.   • High School Diploma or GED. 

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or cash handling role. 

  • Working knowledge of horse racing wagering, including common and exotic betting types. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

  • Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
