Your Role:
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff, horses, and/or visitors.
- Provide daily hands-on care for mares, foals, yearlings, or racehorses, depending on assignment.
- Feed, groom, handle, and monitor horses to ensure optimal health and well-being.
- Assist with foaling, veterinary treatments, farrier work, and sales preparation.n
- Safely handle valuable bloockstock, including young horse, and mares,
- Maintain barn cleanliness and assist with farm upkeep, fencing, and pasture management, etc.
- Support the veterinary team in executing breeding and health protocols
- Report any observed horse health, behavioral, and/or safety concerns.
- Maintain reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Adapts to changing duties as required, based on business needs.
