We are looking for a creative person with serious Adobe skills, a good eye behind a camera, and enough computer confidence to handle the technical side of creative work. We are looking for a nerd who understands design balance and how to work a camera, essentially. You will make product and social content, build graphics for launches, keep creative files organized, and help with the Illustrator files behind our socks, hang tags, packaging, and other physical products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things, fixing things, figuring things out, and seeing their work out in the world.

What you'll be doing:

• Photographing and editing products, lifestyle content, promotional material, and social content
• Creating graphics for launches, website updates, emails, social posts, promos, and occasional print projects
• Writing simple captions, scheduling posts, and publishing organic content across our social channels. You will review content schedules with the owner and help grow our social-media following
• Working daily in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Cleaning up and preparing Illustrator files for socks, hang tags, labels, packaging, and vendor production
• Keeping layers, artboards, links, filenames, folders, templates, and exports organized enough that future-you and everyone else can find what they need
• Running existing Adobe scripts and troubleshooting straightforward issues when they pop up
• Maintaining shared creative assets and helping make our templates and workflows less annoying over time
• Keeping an eye on deadlines and speaking up early if a file, asset, decision, or timeline is holding something up

You'll probably be good at this if you:

• Know Illustrator well enough to work in real production files
• Live and die by keyboard shortcuts
• Have threatened to fight Adobe through a physical screen after it froze on you or deleted your project, but then figured out how to recover the file using a random forum post on the internet
• Are comfortable in Photoshop and Lightroom and can edit photography cleanly and consistently
• Can shoot products and lifestyle content using a provided professional camera, simple lighting, good composition, and your own judgment
• Have a portfolio with photography, graphics, social content, product work, or other customer-facing creative work you personally made
• Can run existing Adobe scripts, follow a technical process, and troubleshoot simple problems
• Like memes, trends, and general tomfoolery
• Understand file organization, shared drives, exports, file formats, naming conventions, and basic troubleshooting
• Have posted and scheduled social content before and can write a caption in a witty, irreverent voice
• Are organized, reliable, and enjoy making processes better

Extra useful, but not required:

• Apparel, packaging, label, print, or vendor-production experience
• Short-form video capture or editing
• Shopify or ecommerce experience
• Familiarity with InDesign, Premiere, Resolve, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools
• A love of alternative fashion, music, DTC brands, horror movies, odd little collectibles, or genuinely bizarre art
• PPC knowledge, influencer management history, email flow creation, or past social media accomplishments

Pay, benefits, and logistics:

• Pay: $26–$29/hour, based on your portfolio and hands-on Adobe, photography, social, and production-file experience as well as working speed
• First 90 days: Paid training and evaluation period
• Location: Primarily in our Arvada office. After the 90-day period, working from home one or two days a week may be possible when the work allows
• Schedule: Flexible, as long as shoots, launches, and deadlines are handled
• PTO: Accrues at a rate equal to two weeks per year for full-time employees
• Paid holidays: Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Independence Day, and Christmas Day
• Employee discount: Wholesale pricing, usually around 60% off
• Health insurance: We do not currently offer employer-sponsored health insurance because we are a very small company (5 of us) and they "offered" us higher rates than the marketplace
