Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, modify treatment plans when needed, and prepare for discharge planning as appropriate.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain current and comprehensive documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather detailed client histories and identify presenting issues.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Foster a growth mindset within the therapeutic relationship and approach each client with an open, adaptive attitude.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LPC will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, as well as children and families seeking support for various issues. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting after graduation.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and mental health documentation software.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and interventions suited for individuals and families.
