About Us

Horizon Behavioral Health (HBH) is a rapidly growing mental health practice dedicated to providing exceptional psychiatric care, therapy, and innovative treatment options such as TMS and Spravato. We are expanding and looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team.


Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, mid-level providers, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Both telehealth and in-office hours are required to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Active LPC or LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
  • Must be able to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Telehealth experience is a plus!
