VOLUME, an industry leader for over 30 years, is hiring CDL A Company Drivers to haul carbon black in hopper bottom trailers. Our carbon business is growing fast, and we offer consistent miles, long-term stability, and top tier equipment. More than 80% of our drivers have been with us for over 4 years. Top Drivers Earn $100,000+ Per Year

  • Starting pay: 52 CPM
  • $13 per hour for on duty, not driving
  • $120/per border crossing if passport certified
  • CPM increases every 6 months based on safety and productivity
  • Paid loaded and empty miles
  • Paid for all on duty time


Home Time

  • Out 10-11 days
  • Home 3–4 days
  • Flexible home time options available
