Carpenter – Residential Construction & Remodeling
Keegan’s Construction & Remodeling is seeking a dependable, skilled carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the local area, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, framing, exterior improvements, and finish work.
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality craftsmanship, communicates honestly about their experience and abilities, and maintains a professional attitude on every job site.
Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry, remodeling, and construction work
Complete framing, trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry as assigned
Read measurements and follow project plans and instructions accurately
Safely operate hand and power tools
Assist with demolition, installation, repairs, and job-site preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Protect customers’ homes and property while completing work
Communicate professionally with the KC&R team, customers, and subcontractors
Arrive on time and remain dependable throughout each assigned project
Qualifications:
Previous carpentry or residential remodeling experience required
Working knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
Ability to accurately measure, cut, install, and complete assigned work
Reliable transportation to job sites
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift construction materials and perform physically demanding work
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Honest, respectful, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team
Professional behavior, appearance, and language are required on all job sites
Compensation:
Pay is based on demonstrated experience, skill level, reliability, and quality of workmanship.
