About the Role:
The Part Time Aftercare Counselor at Brighton School is a vital position designed for individuals passionate about child development and dedicated to enriching the after-school experience of young learners. This role involves supervising students in the aftercare program, facilitating various activities including homework help, creative arts, and indoor/outdoor play, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment beyond school hours.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist students with homework and educational activities, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Plan and execute engaging after-school activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.
  • Collaborate with the school team to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment.
