Northshore Homeschooling and Tutoring Center, LLC is seeking a 7-12th grade Homeschooling Teacher to support students in Covington, LA through engaging, standards-aligned instruction.

Position Summary

As a 7-12th grade Homeschooling Teacher, you will plan and deliver instruction that helps students build strong academic foundations and develop independent learning skills. You will work closely with students and families to support progress, adjust learning strategies as needed, and maintain a positive, structured learning environment.

This part-time onsite role is ideal for an educator who enjoys teaching across grade levels, tailoring instruction to individual needs, and collaborating to help students succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily instruction for 7-12th grade students using effective teaching methods and lesson planning

  • Assess student progress through assignments, formative checks, and review of academic work

  • Adapt instruction to support diverse learning needs, pacing, and student goals

  • Maintain a structured classroom environment and support positive student engagement
