Job description

Join Our Team at Cedar Creek Homes

Cedar Creek Homes is seeking an organized, customer-focused Project Manager to oversee the delivery, installation, and completion of manufactured homes. This position serves as the primary liaison between our customers, contractors, installers, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of home delivery, installation, and completion.
  • Schedule and communicate with customers, installers, transport companies, contractors, and utility providers.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Manage service requests and warranty-related concerns after the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate project files, schedules, permits, and customer communications.
  • Resolve project issues quickly and professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales staff to provide a seamless transition from home purchase to project completion.
  • Monitor Parts inventory and order materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous project management, construction management, manufactured housing, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and understand site plans, permits, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience, But Not Required

  • Manufactured housing industry experience.
  • Knowledge of home transportation, setup, and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with Missouri PSC regulations.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
