If you're an organized leader who thrives on solving problems, building strong relationships, and delivering outstanding results, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs our Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary field leader and client-facing representative, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough and project closeout.Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules while coordinating daily field operations.Conduct routine jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and schedule adherence.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, material deliveries, and trade partners throughout each project.Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication, regular site meetings, and timely project updates.Monitor project budgets, change orders, costs, and progress to help ensure successful project outcomes.Review plans, verify field conditions, and collaborate with the design team to resolve construction challenges before they impact the schedule.Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, project documentation, photos, and reports within the company's project management software.Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, local building codes, and jobsite safety requirements.Mentor and support field team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.What Success Looks LikeDelivering projects on time while maintaining budget expectations.Creating an exceptional remodeling experience through proactive communication and strong leadership.Building lasting relationships that contribute to repeat clients and referrals.Leading organized, safe, and efficient jobsites that reflect Patrick A.
