About the Role
Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. We're looking for a Project Manager to support and execute retail operations initiatives across new and existing accounts. In this role, you'll coordinate retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities, support client presentations, grand openings, new account launches, and acquisition transitions, and visit locations to build strong client relationships. You'll conduct site inspections and inventory audits, review daily and weekly financial reports to monitor spoilage, sales collection accuracy, and labor costs, and maintain retail operating systems to company standards. Working closely with branch and division leadership, you'll ensure every location meets our expectations for quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports retail growth activities including client presentations, grand openings, new account openings/upgrades, and acquisition transitions.

  • Coordinates and executes retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities in new and existing accounts, and visits accounts to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Conducts location inspections and inventory audits to verify compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram, customer service, and policies.

  • Reviews daily and weekly retail financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage rates, sales collection accuracy, and labor cost control.

  • Maintains retail operating systems to company program standards, using reports to drive proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels.

  • Collaborates with branch/division leadership on standards adherence, attends staff meetings, performs merchandise specialist and warehouse duties as needed, and escalates any information affecting account retention to senior management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

  • Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.
