  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a polished and professional approach
  • Ability to maintain exceptional standards across craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness and project execution
  • Highly organized, commercially aware and comfortable managing technically demanding residential projects
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they affect project delivery

  • Position within a growing West Palm Beach team
  • Strong pipeline of high-end custom residential projects
  • Clear and proven career progression opportunities
  • Opportunity to work alongside and report to some of the most respected professionals in the industry

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a confidential, well-established builder with a genuine commitment to its people and an exciting future in the West Palm Beach luxury residential market.

Candidates must have relevant custom or high-end residential construction experience to be considered.
