We have partnered with a highly regarded luxury custom homebuilder that is expanding its team in West Palm Beach.
The business specializes in delivering one-of-a-kind custom residences typically valued between $6M - $10M.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within custom home building or high-end residential construction
- Proven experience managing luxury or fully custom residential projects
- Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of custom home construction from preconstruction and site work through final finishes and handover
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, inspections and quality control
- Experience coordinating with architects, interior designers, consultants, owners’ representatives and private clients
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a polished and professional approach
- Ability to maintain exceptional standards across craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness and project execution
- Highly organized, commercially aware and comfortable managing technically demanding residential projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they affect project delivery
