Care Plan Inc. is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers to join our growing home care team serving Wayne, Macomb, and Washtenaw Counties.


We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for in-home care assignments throughout Southfield, Farmington, West Detroit, Downriver, and surrounding communities.


This position is ideal for caregivers who are professional, reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in client homes.


Position Details:

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Non-medical services
  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility 
  • Safe transfers and ambulation support 
  • Companionship and emotional support 
  • Safety supervision and cognitive engagement 
  • Light housekeeping and laundry 
  • Meal preparation 
  • Observation and reporting of client condition changes 
  • Accurate electronic documentation of care provided

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Michigan CNA License or HHA Certification Required 
  • Minimum 3 Years of Verifiable Experience in Home Care and/or Senior Care 
  • Experience in private duty home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred 
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Required 
  • Ability to travel within assigned service areas 
  • Professional communication and documentation skills 
  • Comfortable using mobile applications and electronic documentation systems 
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required 
  • Ability to work independently in client homes 
  • Compassionate, respectful, and professional attitude 
  • Must pass background and reference checks 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobility assistance and transfer support 
  • Experience working with clients requiring companionship and safety supervision 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to adapt to varying client care needs and environments
