Homemaker / Companion – Flexible Hours | Join Our Home Care Team
Do you enjoy helping others feel comfortable, supported, and independent? We’re looking for caring and dependable Homemaker/Companion professionals to provide non-medical assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are currently hiring team members to serve clients in Oklahoma City, Bethany, Yukon, Mustang, and El Reno, Oklahoma.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home by assisting with light housekeeping.
- Perform tasks such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Prepare simple meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide companionship through conversation, games, walks, and other enjoyable activities.
- Assist with grocery shopping and other planned errands as assigned.
- Encourage independence while creating a positive and welcoming environment.
- Complete visit documentation and communicate important updates to the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
- Previous caregiving or homemaker experience is helpful but not required.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
- Interpersonal relations abilities.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.
- Shift times and days vary with client needs.
