Our team brings together senior leaders and experts from the U.S. Intelligence Community, national security, and federal law enforcement, alongside exceptional engineers and researchers from leading universities and technology companies.

We are looking for a Financial & Homeland Security Intelligence Lead to help PREDICTION expand into new missions across federal law enforcement, financial crime, border security, and transnational threats.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for someone who has done the mission. Someone who understands how complex investigations actually work, how investigators and analysts identify people, organizations, financial networks, and threats, and where existing technology falls short.

The ideal candidate has spent a significant part of their career within IRS Criminal Investigation, CBP, HSI, FinCEN, Treasury, FBI, U.S. Secret Service, DEA, or another federal investigative or intelligence organization.

What You Will Do

• Help build PREDICTION's Financial & Homeland Security Intelligence practice from the ground up

• Identify the highest value missions where PREDICTION can support federal investigators, analysts, and operators

• Work directly with our product and engineering teams to translate real investigative workflows into new PREDICTION capabilities

• Help develop solutions for financial crime, illicit finance, money laundering, fraud, transnational criminal organizations, border security, targeting, and complex investigations

• Work directly with government users to understand their missions, workflows, data, challenges, and operational requirements

• Help shape demonstrations, pilots, and deployments around real investigative and intelligence use cases

• Identify and develop opportunities across IRS Criminal Investigation, CBP, HSI, FinCEN, Treasury, DOJ, FBI, U.S. Secret Service, DEA, and other federal organizations

• Build strong relationships with government leaders, investigators, intelligence professionals, program managers, and operational teams

• Work alongside our Federal Growth team to turn mission requirements into pilots, programs, and long term partnerships

• Bring the perspective of the investigator and operator directly into our product development

Who We Are Looking For

We care more about mission experience, judgment, relationships, and ability than checking every box on a traditional resume.

You should be someone who:

• Has spent a meaningful part of your career conducting, supervising, or leading complex federal investigations or intelligence operations

• Understands how investigators and analysts actually work

• Has experience with complex financial investigations, criminal intelligence, targeting, or transnational threats

• Understands how multiple sources of information are used to identify targets, networks, relationships, patterns, and risks

• Can identify where AI can actually improve an investigative workflow

• Has credibility and strong relationships across the federal law enforcement or homeland security community

• Can sit with an investigator or analyst, understand the problem, and work with our engineers to build a solution

• Is comfortable working across mission, product, engineering, and business development

• Wants to build something from the ground up

• Moves quickly, takes ownership, and is motivated by mission and results

Preferred Experience

• Significant experience with IRS Criminal Investigation, CBP, HSI, FinCEN, Treasury, FBI, U.S. Secret Service, DEA, DOJ, or another federal investigative or intelligence organization

• Leadership experience as a Special Agent in Charge, Deputy SAC, ASAC, Supervisory Special Agent, senior intelligence leader, headquarters leader, or equivalent position

• Experience in financial crime, illicit finance, money laundering, fraud, cryptocurrency investigations, sanctions, or complex financial investigations

• Experience investigating transnational criminal organizations, narcotics networks, organized crime, human smuggling, or other complex networks

• Experience with targeting, network analysis, intelligence analysis, or investigative analytics

• Experience with border security, passenger or cargo targeting, customs enforcement, or trade based investigations is a plus

• Experience working jointly across multiple federal agencies

• Understanding of federal technology, procurement, and acquisition processes is a plus

• Experience working with technology companies, data platforms, analytics, AI, or investigative technology is a plus

• Active or previously held U.S. security clearance is a plus
