  • Monday - Friday schedule -- 32 hours guaranteed
  • Productivity expectation of at least 30 units per week
  • Home health -- adult care setting
  • No on call or weekends
  • Home health and OASIS experience required
  • EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
  • 13-week assignment
  • We provide complimentary housing and travel
  • We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
