Job description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-driven Manager, Trade Show Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of our trade shows and markets. If you thrive on tight logistics, complex timelines, and keeping every moving piece of a show on schedule, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

•       Oversee all phases of the trade show lifecycle — from installation and dismantling to freight coordination and vendor relations

•       Lead exhibitor communications and manage digital platforms including Map Your Show (MYS) and GES exhibitor portals to ensure accurate exhibitor kit delivery and fast resolution of portal issues

•       Serve as a liaison between leasing, internal departments, external vendors, and exhibitors to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of booth requirements

•       Coordinate with  food & beverage partners such as LEVY, aligning delivery with operational and leasing objectives and the design aesthetic of our food outlets.

•       Manage GES booth package communications across markets, ensuring accurate package calculations and reliable data for exhibitor kit development

•       Establish and maintain standards for signage, décor, and event aesthetics, including vendor partnerships, inventory, and quality control

•       Guide exhibitors through the onboarding process — booth package ordering, show compliance, and deadline management

•       Collaborate on Market Sheets and cross-departmental communications to keep all stakeholders aligned

What You Bring

•       Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in Trade Show Operations

•       2+ years in trade show, event, or venue operations, logistics, or exhibitor services preferred

•       Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

•       Tech-savvy and adaptable — comfortable learning event management systems and tools quickly

•       Strong cross-functional coordination skills — able to align leasing, vendors, and internal teams around a shared logistics timeline

•       Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships and shifting priorities under show-week deadlines

•       Skilled in time management, resource planning, and driving operational efficiency
