Delivery Driver
RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable delivery driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality service. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering furniture, appliances, and other products to customers' homes, all while ensuring exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a box truck or other Company vehicle
  • Inspect merchandise for damage before loading item for delivery
  • Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects
  • Safely maneuver heavy and awkward merchandise
  • Provide outstanding customer service when delivering merchandise
  • Resolve problems encountered during deliveries
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs
  • Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
  • Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Helpful but not required
  • Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role
  • Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products
  • A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
