Requirement/Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality inspection.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001-15 standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Read, understand and practice customer standards and specifications.
  • Read, understand and practice industry standards and specifications.
  • Read, understand and practice internal procedures and work instructions.
  • Use various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and ultrasonic thickness testers.
  • Review and inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing material.
  • Work with production to review and verify products conformance to specified requirements.
  • Handle non-conforming material including the identification and disposition as required.
  • Handle the review of incoming material test reports to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility goals.
