We are currently seeking a licensed home inspector to become a valuable member of our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid home inspector license, possess a clean driver's license, and have an outgoing personality that resonates with our clients. As a home inspector, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and informative assessments of residential properties, helping our clients make confident decisions regarding their investments. 
Key Responsibilities: 
● Perform thorough and detailed inspections of residential properties, including but not limited to homes, condos, and apartments. 
● Evaluate and report on the condition of various components, systems, and structures within properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
● Communicate inspection findings to clients in a clear and professional manner. 
● Assist clients in understanding the implications of inspection results and potential repair or maintenance needs. 
● Maintain accurate records of inspections, including written reports and photographic documentation. 
● Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. 
● Participate in Marketing and Team Building efforts to support your individual growth as well and the company’s 
Qualifications: 
● Valid home inspector license in accordance with state or local regulations.

Inspectors will be responsible for Providing: 
● Great attitude, presentation, and energy 
● Exceptional customer service, including verbal and written communication skills 
● Ability to lift /carry 50 lbs. and maneuver in a variety of small spaces and conditions (must be willing and able to walk on roofs and enter crawlspaces). 
● Physical requirements - climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, as well as stand for long periods of time 
● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance 
● Required to authorize background and driving checks 
● Maintain CE 
● Basic Home Inspection tools (Including but not limited to: Probing tool (golf club etc.) Voltage tester, AFCI/GFCI Circuit Tester, Two-Prong Outlet Tester, 11-in-1 Screwdriver, Dual Probe Digital Thermometer, Non-Invasive Moisture Meter, Pocket Knife, Small Infrared Camera, Carbon Monoxide Detector, LED Flashlight, Gas Leak Detection Solution, Binoculars, Tool Pouch, Ladder, Drop Cloth, Protective Gear (Crawl Space Suits), Shoe Covers, Gloves
