What is a home inspector assistant?

Home Inspector Assistants support licensed home inspectors by helping with on-site inspections of residential properties. Their duties often include preparing inspection tools, taking notes, photographing property features, and assisting in identifying issues such as structural defects or safety hazards. They may also help organize inspection reports and communicate findings to clients. This role provides valuable hands-on experience for those interested in becoming certified home inspectors themselves.

What are the typical responsibilities of a home inspector assistant during a property inspection?
