We're growing fast and looking for highly motivated, honest and personality-driven professionals to take our Phoenix Authorization department to new levels of service. Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.

Duties: Assist contractors by answering questions about warranty service and coverage Authorize contractors to proceed with repairs covered by home warranty claims Process and evaluate contractor invoices for completeness and accuracy Place orders over the phone or online for warranty parts and services Process home inspection reports accurately and efficiently Desired Skills and Experience: Previous Home Warranty, Contractor, or Construction experience is highly preferred 2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience Service-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Highly organized Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
