Branch Manager - Home Health Agency - Chantily Office

100% office-based position (no exceptions)

Duties

  • Accountable for branch clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Ensures survey readiness and successful VDH, JCAHO and payer audits
  • Oversees infection prevention and control program compliance
  • Monitors clinician productivity, utilization and case mix management
  • Reviews hospitalization trends and implements corrective action plans
  • Ensures timely completion of OASIS assessments and documentation
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels and clinician productivity
  • Oversees branch on-call operations and clinical support processes
  • Drives staff engagement, retention, succession planning and development
  • Participates in budget planning and expense management
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA


Requirements

  • Active Virginia RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of home health leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Director of Nursing, Branch Director or similar role)
  • Minimum 2 years as a field RN in home health (no exceptions)
  • Strong knowledge of OASIS, PDGM, Medicare reimbursement and home health quality measures
  • Experience managing interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, therapy, social work and caregivers
  • Strong leadership, coaching, conflict-resolution and communication skills
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
