Job description

We are looking a home health aid to work within the home as a full time employee. We will train. We have 3 shifts for you to choose from. 

Shifts available: (Monday-Friday) 

10:00am-6:00pm

12:00pm-8:00pm 

2:00pm-10:00pm 

A Home Health Attendant provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes, ensuring their well-being through personal care, health monitoring, and companionship. This role involves working independently during day shifts to support clients’ daily living and health needs while maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with household tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care tailored to individual client needs
  • Assist with medication management and reminders
  • Support client mobility and transfers safely
  • Monitor vital signs to track health status
  • Help with light household tasks and errands
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Observe and report changes in client health
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
