Job description

The Regional Service Manager serves as the primary field liaison between Gibraltar, retail partners, and consumers within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving merchandising excellence, supporting sales growth, maintaining strong retailer relationships, conducting store audits, delivering product training, and ensuring consistent execution of company initiatives and merchandising standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Territory Management
  • Execute regional business plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and operational improvements
  • Perform market research and analysis and gather customer and consumer feedback to improve product
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits and merchandising audits

Merchandising Execution
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising standards
  • Audit product placement, signage, pricing, and planogram compliance
  • Identify and report out-of-stock conditions and space erosion

Retail Partner Relationships
  • Build productive relationships with store managers, department managers, merchandising supervisors, and district leadership
  • Train and coach retail teams on Gibraltar merchandising standards, product knowledge, and best practices
  • Review product category merchandising in the store, reporting on the maintenance of the standards and expectations by giving feedback to the local team and online

Sales and Business Development Support
  • Work with THD OSRs to educate them on Gibraltar's portfolio.
  • Assist retail teams in understanding product features and customer benefits.
  • Monitor sales trends and recommend corrective actions when needed

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years related sales experience; prefer experience with Home Depot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong time management and organization skills required.
  • Proven ability to analyze markets and competitive trends.
  • Ability to operate with high sense of urgency and personal initiative and respond to multiple deadlines while maintaining good coordination and communication with colleagues and staff.
  • Passionate commitment to quality, follow through and high attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
