Clearview offers every service and amenity needed in an outpatient setting and our dedication to research and involvement in Phase I-IV clinical trials gives our patients the opportunity to receive potentially life-saving treatment options.

Job Description:

  • Processes all outpatient diagnostic orders and physician referrals.

  • Completes a quality review of all patient charts ensuring charts are ready for patientvisit.

  • Informs medical records of needed records and ensures records are in patient chart and chart is prepared at least 24 hours ahead of visit time.

  • Monitors incoming phone messages, addressing issues withinscopeand redirecting others as needed fortimelyresolution.

  • Works closely with office staff to aid in patient scheduling.

  • Is cross trained and serves as a back-up for MedicalAssistant.

  • Contributes tothe nursingassessment.Collectsdata accurately andtimely.

  • Works closely with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and Clinic Nurse to discuss patient problems and management.

  • Implements the physicians' treatment plan based on the patient assessment ensuring all tests and appointments are ordered and received.

  • Implements interdisciplinary teaching plan based onidentifiedneeds involving patient/family andevaluate/revise as needed.

  • Assistswith all patient coordination of care and follow up.

  • Performs phlebotomy on patients, if needed.

  • All other duties as assigned.
