About the Role

Our therapists work with older adults and geriatric patients in a home-based setting while receiving strong administrative and clinical support from an experienced team.

Coverage Area

Patients are located throughout Union City, New Jersey, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.


Responsibilities

  • Treat patients in the home health setting
