Your Mission: As a DevOps-focused Software Engineer, your mission is to build and sustain the automation, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines that power secure, scalable systems in a high-impact mission environment. You'll be responsible for container orchestration, full CI/CD lifecycle support, and infrastructure management in AWS—ensuring that development teams can deliver quickly, reliably, and securely. You will excel in this role if: * You are passionate about infrastructure automation and continuous delivery
* You thrive in containerized, cloud-based environments
* You proactively troubleshoot and improve systems to support seamless delivery
* You enjoy collaborating across engineering teams to streamline processes and enhance stability A day in the Life: * Design, deploy, and manage Docker-based container environments
* Oversee AWS HCI configuration, deployment, and resource management
* Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting the full software development lifecycle
* Apply infrastructure-as-code principles using Ansible, YAML, and Terraform
* Support integration and automation efforts across DevOps and development teams Must Have: * 7+ years of relevant software or DevOps experience
* Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
* Experience with Docker and containerization
* Experience managing AWS HCI environments
* Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
* Proficiency in YAML
* Proficiency in JSON
* Experience using EC2 instances
* Experience with Ansible
* Experience with Java
* Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript Nice to Have: * Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
* Knowledge of networking and load balancing fundamentals
* Familiarity with TLS, SSL, and certificate management
* Exposure to ELK stack for system monitoring and log analysis
