As a Home Based Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and support they need to maintain a safe, independent, and dignified lifestyle.

Job Summary:

As a Home Based Caregiver, you will provide daily routine care, house maintenance, and companionship to our clients in their own homes. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, observing universal precautions, and providing patient transportation, laundry, and linen changes. Additionally, you will assist with meal preparation and clean up, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Responsible for house maintenance when applicable

  • Answer phone calls for clients when necessary

  • Converses with patients to provide assurance

  • Observes Universal Precautions

  • Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping

  • Provides patient laundry and linen changes

  • Light housekeeping

  • Provides medication reminders

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or GED
