What You'll Do
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes.
• Administer and manage medications.

• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate, encourage, and support family members.
• Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
What You'll Need
• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
