  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 (based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule), plus 22% ProSal bonuses.

  • Flexible work schedule; preference for those open to aligning with hospital hours of 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday through Friday,8:30am - 12:pm every other Saturday.

  • Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
  • Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture that supports teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care.
