Job Summary:
Koniag Government Services is seeking a Mid-level Engineer to support KMS and their government customer at the Pentagon. The role involves engineering experience in operations analysis and systems engineering, focusing on developing software tools and conducting structured experiments.
Responsibilities:
• Ten (10) years of engineering experience, with five (5) years’ experience working in operations analysis.
• Five (5) years’ experience working in Operations Analysis, Systems Engineering, or a related analytical field within a defense context.
• Five (5) years’ hands-on experience with the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM).
• Five (5) years’ experience developing with real-time 3D visualization platforms, such as the Unity game engine or an equivalent tool (e.g., Unreal Engine).
• Five (5) years’ designing and executing structured experiments, analyzing the resulting data, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Five (5) years’ experience leading technical tasks, managing analytical study plans, and guiding the development of software tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ten (10) years of engineering experience, with five (5) years’ experience working in operations analysis.

• Experience with the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), and Tactical Open Government Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
• Experience with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and System Modeling Language (SysML).
• Experience with MagicDraw, IBM Rational Rhapsody, Sparx Enterprise Architecture (EA), Cameo EA Suite, CORE, Cameo Systems Modeler, and MapleMBSE.
