Our organization, located in the scenic city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Oncology/Hematology Physician to become part of our expanding network of hospitals and clinics.

As a member of our dedicated team, you will:

• Collaborate with three experienced Oncologists.
• Participate in a well-coordinated cancer program that includes Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Breast Oncology services.
• Work closely with our Pulmonology team through the ION robotic bronchoscopy program, enhancing early lung cancer detection and facilitating prompt treatment within a multidisciplinary care framework.
• Benefit from a robust support staff, including RN Navigators, Triage RNs, Infusion RNs, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Phlebotomists, and Medical Assistants.
• Utilize 9 exam rooms and a 12-bay infusion suite.
• Manage an average patient volume of 16-20 per day in the clinic.
• Access TriCore lab and pharmacy services located within the clinic.
• Leverage smart technology to enhance patient care without extending your workday.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, reduce administrative tasks, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding, leading to a better work-life balance and increased revenue.

Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with shared and rotating night and weekend on-call duties for inpatient consultations.

Our oncology program features the newly installed Varian Edge Radiation Therapy System, the latest and most advanced radiation therapy technology, and the first of its kind in Albuquerque, NM.
