PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)  to join our client's growing Home Health team.

Location: Fayetteville, NC 28304; Coverage Area: Robeson, Hoke & Cumberland Counties

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,550/week gross, including weekly non-taxable stipend*

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile (Mileage is not reimbursed between patient visits (first patient to last patient.)

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Productivity: 30 points/week

On-Call/Weekend: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessments, medications, treatments, wound care, and monitoring changes in condition.
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care while coordinating with physicians, therapists, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Complete accurate and timely OASIS and clinical documentation in the EMR while maintaining compliance with home health regulations.
  • Educate patients/caregivers on disease management, medications, safety, and home care procedures while ensuring quality, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN License required.
  • Previous nursing experience required.
  • Ability to provide independent skilled nursing care in a home-based setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home Health experience strongly preferred.
  • HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience preferred.
  • OASIS documentation experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and care-coordination skills.
