Job description

NURSECORE is seeking a RN Infusion Nurse to provide home-based infusions based on patient needs. Pay is based upon the patient contract and includes both hourly shifts ($45/hr) and per-visit assignments ($70–$100/visit).
What you'll do:
  • Provide in-home infusions and administer specialty pharmacy therapies for patients with chronic, rare, and acute diseases.
  • Teach patients self-administration of infusion therapies, including IVIG, SCIG, biologics, and enzyme replacement products.
  • Access and maintain various lines (SPC/PIV, CVAD, PICC, Midlines, implanted ports) and perform phlebotomy.
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure safe, quality care.
  • Coordinate nursing care with the Clinical Director, update patient care plans, and address health changes.
  • Adhere to policies, manage time, supplies, and deliver quality service.
  • Perform additional nursing duties based on patient needs.
What it takes:
  • Active RN license in Nevada.
  • Minimum 1 year of infusion experience, including med-surg, critical care, or ER.
  • Current hands-on CPR certification
  • Negative TB result within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of background check
