Job description

After 15+ years serving families across Colorado, Woven Care is expanding to Utah! Join us in our mission to bring the best pediatric therapy to Salt Lake City.

The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical oversight and case management for pediatric clients receiving primarily in-home ABA services. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, clinical autonomy, and relationship-based care, and who are interested in growing with an organization as services expand to include clinic-based care.

At launch, services will focus on in-home therapy with a hybrid supervision model (in-person and telehealth overlap). As the program grows, this role may evolve to include clinic-based supervision and additional leadership opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments (primarily in clients' homes)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs using a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth overlap)
  • Ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with families to provide parent training and ongoing communication
  • Review data regularly to guide clinical decision-making
  • Support client onboarding and early caseload development

Work Model:

  • Primarily in person, in-home services with telehealth flexibility
  • Ability to complete indirect work (documentation, program development) remotely
  • Flexible scheduling aligned with client needs and clinician availability

What We Offer

  • $90,000-$105,000 base salary
  • Sign-on/Relocation bonus up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2 PTO, or a mix of both
  • Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • PTO that grows with tenure, plus paid holidays
  • Annual CEU reimbursement

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah
  • Experience providing oversight to RBTs
  • Comfort working in home-based service environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with telehealth supervision
  • Interest in contributing to program development in a growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a developing care team

Future Growth Opportunities:

  • Transition to clinic-based or hybrid caseloads as services expand
  • Mentorship or leadership opportunities as the Utah program grows
  • Involvement in clinical program development and staff training initiatives

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands are required.
