Seasonal Hospitality Customer Service Specialist – $20/hr
Full-Time | October 2026 – Early January 2027

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Paid training. Full-time hours through the busiest, most rewarding season of the year — and you're home for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

If you've worked the front desk, waited tables, run a hotel night audit, or worked guest services in any hospitality setting, you already have exactly what we're looking for. We're hiring Seasonal Customer Service Specialists to support guests across our family of brands — answering phone, live chat, email, and SMS. You'll help customers track orders, solve issues, and deliver the same warm, attentive service you're used to giving guests in person — just through a different channel.

This is a full-time position only — part-time schedules are not available. While your daily hours and shifts will adjust based on guest volume throughout the season, this role requires a full-time commitment.

What you'll do:

• Deliver friendly, first-contact-resolution customer service across phone, chat, email, and SMS
• Help with orders, shipments, returns, and billing questions
• Juggle multiple systems while keeping conversations warm and human
• Learn our brands inside and out so you can problem-solve with confidence

What you'll get:

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest services experience preferred

This is an on-site position — remote work is not available.
