Occupational Therapist (OT) - Adult Home Care
Salary & Highlights
  • Evaluation Rate: $55.00 - $65.00 per Initial Evaluation
  • Follow-up Rate: $44.00 - $50.00 per visit
  • Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
  • Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $5,000 annually

The Role
