Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager (Home Care)

Full-Time Day Shift No On-Call Right at Home (Best in care multiple years in a row) is hiring for an RN. No on-call. No hospital chaos. No burnout schedule. This is a great opportunity for a driven RN to use their expertise in a more balanced, rewarding way. Build meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers while guiding patients through their care plans. Monday through Friday 8a-5p, benefits, 401K, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and competitive salary starting between $37-$42/hour.

What Makes This Role Different:

  • No on-call – ever
  • Consistent weekly schedule consisting of 3 field and 2 office days
  • Autonomy + leadership without hospital stress

What You'll Do as a RAH RN:

  • Conduct client assessments and create care plans for seniors and veterans
  • Oversee quality of care for home-based clients
  • Supervise and support caregivers
  • Collaborate with families and care teams
  • Travel locally for client visits (3 days/week)

What We're Looking For in our RN:

  • Active RN license (in good standing)
  • 3+ years RN experience
  • Home care experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license & insured vehicle
  • CPR certification
