Working from home allows them flexibility, but also requires strong self-discipline and effective communication skills.

What are some common challenges faced by home based Smalltalk developers and how can they be addressed?

Home-based Smalltalk developers often face challenges such as staying connected with distributed teams, managing time effectively, and accessing legacy codebases. To address these, it's important to establish clear communication routines with team members, use collaboration tools like version control and chat platforms, and invest time in understanding project documentation and existing code. Regular virtual stand-ups and code reviews can also help maintain alignment and ensure smooth project progress in a remote setting.
