Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Home Care


Salary & Highlights

  • Evaluation Rate: $73.00 - $83.00 per Initial Evaluation
  • Follow-up Rate: $35.00 - $42.00 per visit
  • Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employement)
  • Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5,000 annually
  • Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Home Care)

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing home care team. You will play a vital role in helping children overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential through:

  • Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluating speech, language, and communication skills to identify specific needs and goals.
  • Individualized Therapy: Implementing evidence-based practices and play-based techniques for articulation, fluency, and social communication.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • State Licensure: Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
