Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solutions Architect to join our team at Landis+Gyr. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions that align with our business goals. You will leverage your expertise to optimize SAP environments and ensure seamless system integration across various business functions. As part of the global SAP organization, you can rely on an experienced and motivated SAP team which supports you in bringing concepts into working solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Architect, design, and implement SAP solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications (business and IT) along L+G's demand and change management processes
Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, integration, and testing
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies to enhance performance and scalability
Conduct regular system assessments and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP functionalities and features

Education and Experience:
Required -
6+ years of experience as an SAP Solutions Architect or similar role
Expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP functionalities
Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects from inception to completion
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues
Preferred -
Experience with integrated tool chain solutions like SAP LeanIX, Signavio and Cloud-ALM
Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, Successfactors, Concur, DM)
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate)
Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP integration suite or non-SAP tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, data modeling, and system landscape design
Background in programming languages such as ABAP or Java for custom development
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and reporting tools
Hands-on experience with system migration and upgrade strategies
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability to changing business needs and technological advancements

Pay is in the range of $145,200 - $192,500 per year. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
