Residential Superintendent – JRP Design & Remodel 

Westlake Village, Ca

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise daily on-site operations for single-family residential projects, ensuring all work meets company standards and local building codes 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve construction challenges, refine work procedures, and address client concerns 
  • Keep Project Managers updated on daily job-site progress and schedule changes 
  • Communicate updates on scope, schedules, and site logistics to trades and field personnel 
  • Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project plans 
  • Oversee site safety, organization, and quality control throughout construction 


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in single-family residential remodeling required; California remodeling experience preferred
  • Luxury/high-end residential remodeling experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or Lead Carpenter role
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints (structural knowledge preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
