• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding students' mental health issues, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions incorporating evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and needs of students, ensuring interventions are both effective and culturally sensitive.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including school personnel, such as educators and school psychologists, to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for students.
• Provide crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans in response to acute mental health situations.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure accountability and continuity of care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, support groups, and wellness workshops aimed at enhancing mental health awareness across the school community.

Your primary focus will be on students within the school environment, addressing their diverse backgrounds and varying mental health challenges. This position empowers you to work proactively with youth facing issues like anxiety, assessment for learning disabilities, trauma recovery, and behavioral challenges, fostering a culture of support and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a strong capacity for treatment planning.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with students and families.

• Experience working within a school-based mental health framework.
• Familiarity with various mental health disorders common in school-aged populations.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
