In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to establish client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and recovery.

• Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and effective care for each patient.

• Acting as a resource for education and support for patients and their families, guiding them through mental health challenges and available community resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
